PD patches

Initial version of the Aether webcam upload patch, adapted for PD by Luka Princic/Nova Viator.

Notes:
Managed to get (firewire) video input and movie playback working in OSX, but the upload part doesn't work - problems with the shell object under OSX.

PD (aka Pure Data) is a real-time graphical programming environment for audio, video, and graphical processing. Pd is free software and can be downloaded either as an OS-specific package, source package, or directly from CVS.
