This publication has emerged on the occasion of the 7th festival ART+COMMUNICATION: TRANS EUROPEAN CULTURAL MAPPING that took place in Riga in October 2004 and featured the activities of the Locative Media network and collaborative mapping initiatives. The project is a collaboration between RIXC (LV), K@2 (LV), Ellipse (FR), TEKS (NO), Lorna (IS), Piknik Frequency (FI) and Projekt Atol (SI).
